Add individual plots, whole experiments, and literature as evidence to a target or biomarker
For biomarker discovery, identification, and validation, it's important to track the variety of evidence your team has gathered demonstrating a biomarker's potential utility.
Similarly, for target discovery, different pieces of evidence will be synthesized to build a compelling case around a given target.
In Pluto, you can associate individual plots containing a key result, or whole experiments, as evidence to a target or biomarker. Literature can be added as evidence to a target or biomarker as well.
Adding Evidence to a Target or Biomarker
First, ensure that you have create either a target or biomarker list in Pluto. From within your list, click into the desired target/biomarker.
To add an existing analysis, or whole experiment in Pluto as evidence, click "+ Evidence" below the "Report" window.
To add a paper as evidence, search ensure you have created a literature collection(add link) with the appropriate parameters. From the desired paper, click "+ Add as evidence". Select whether this will be added to a target or biomarker list, enter your rational, score, and select the appropriate status
