      Summary Analysis

      Plot your target genes of interest with summary analysis.

      If you are interested in comparing raw values from your data for your genes of interest, summary analysis works well, including comparisons between groups.

      To run a summary analysis in Pluto, click and scroll down to "Summary" on the left sidebar

      Then, select your genes of interest and any variables you'd like to group your values by. Then hit "Run Analysis" to generate your plot.
