Merging lanes in NGS pipelines

If duplicate sample IDs are detected in sample data table, any samples (rows) with the same sample_id in the sample data table will be merged into a single sample upon pipeline completion. If this is not what you intended, go back and edit your sample data table to ensure sample IDs are unique.
