Pluto helps streamline your RNA-seq analysis by allowing you to upload FASTQ files, and easily generate a count matrix and perform differential expression analysis.
During FASTQ file processing, Pluto's RNA-seq pipeline outputs a MultiQC report, which provides detailed information about your samples through every step of the process.
To obtain the MultiQC report for your experiment, just ask us for it using the chat bubble at the bottom right.
